Prices, sizes, layouts, plans, possession dates and availability are provided by the developer and can change without notice. Images, renders and walkthroughs are artist impressions and indicative only; the completed property may differ. Nothing on this website is an offer or a contract.

Verify before you pay

Please verify every project’s RERA registration on the Karnataka RERA portal, and read the developer’s own agreement for sale, before making any payment. The terms of your purchase are those in the agreement you sign with the developer.

Our role

We advise you, arrange site visits, negotiate on your behalf and help you through the paperwork. On new projects our fee is paid by the developer. On resale transactions our fee is agreed with you in writing before any site visit.
